Job Description

Brand Manager

Marketing · Full-time · Hybrid · New York, NY

Summary

Own how our brand shows up in the world. You'll shape our voice, lead campaigns, and make sure every customer touchpoint reflects what we stand for.

Salary

$70,000–$95,000/year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

About the Role

You'll be the steward of our brand, the person who keeps every email, every product page, every ad, and every social post pointed in the same direction. You'll work closely with our founders, copywriter, designers, and performance marketing partners to plan campaigns, launch new products, and grow real customer trust. This is a small team, so expect to roll up your sleeves alongside leading strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own the brand strategy: positioning, voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines
  • Plan and lead integrated campaigns across email, paid, social, web, and PR
  • Brief and review work from designers, copywriters, photographers, and external partners
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to balance brand-building and direct response
  • Lead new product launches from naming and packaging through go-to-market
  • Track brand health (awareness, sentiment, repeat rate) and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Manage the brand calendar and keep cross-functional projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of brand or marketing experience, ideally at an e-commerce or consumer brand
  • A portfolio of campaigns you've led from brief to launch
  • Strong writing and editing instincts; you can tell when copy is on-brand and when it isn't
  • Comfort with analytics; you don't need to build dashboards, but you should know what to ask for
  • Comfort working independently on a small team where roles stretch
