This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Polynae processes and ships orders placed through https://polynae.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We may decline orders with freight forwarding addresses, P.O. boxes, or addresses we cannot validate or service.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is authorized and verified. Orders are not generally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during peak periods, sales events, product launches, inventory shortages, severe weather, carrier disruptions, fraud review, or other operational delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Delivery estimates begin when the order ships, not when the order is placed.
If we are unable to ship within the advertised timeframe, or if no timeframe is advertised, within 30 days of your order, we may notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipping estimate or cancellation option as required by applicable law.
4. Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear and may not update continuously in real time.
5. Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring safe and lawful delivery conditions at the delivery location. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable addresses.
Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that address changes, shipping changes, or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
6. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, security events, customs actions, local delivery issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Marked Delivered; Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping is subject to the carrier's operations and policies. If tracking shows a package as delivered, we may treat the order as fulfilled unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe a delivered package is missing, you should first check the shipping address, surrounding delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. You should also file a claim or trace request directly with the carrier. We may assist at our discretion, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered, lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.
8. Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an address problem or delivery issue not caused by us, we may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking costs, and other carrier fees from any refund or store credit, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages from one or more fulfillment locations. Separate packages may arrive on different dates.
10. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges and any applicable handling fees will be displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error or unless required by applicable law.
11. Risk Review and Cancellation
We reserve the right to hold, verify, delay, or cancel any order prior to shipment for fraud prevention, stock issues, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
