We do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, dimensions, compatibility information, or other content are complete, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit quantities, discontinue products, substitute packaging, revise product specifications, or refuse sales to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where lawful.

4. Pricing and Billing

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, or contact you for instructions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, volume, fulfillment constraints, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, store credit, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not comply with that policy.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Any promotion, discount code, giveaway, store credit, gift card, or special offer may be modified or cancelled at any time. Promotions have no cash value unless required by law, may not be combined unless expressly stated, and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

9. User Content and Feedback

No license or right is granted to you except for a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to any product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polynae and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your violation of law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Informal Dispute Resolution; Venue

Before filing any claim against us, you agree to first contact us at hello@polynae.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first if you experience a problem with your order. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your obligation to comply with these Terms or our other policies, and we reserve all rights to dispute unjustified chargebacks and recover related costs where permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Changes to These Terms
