Summary
Write the words that help our customers feel seen, across email, landing pages, product copy, and social. You'll work closely with the Brand Manager to keep our voice consistent and human.
Salary
$31,000–$52,000/year (based on ~20 hours/week).
About the Role
The way we talk to customers matters. We're looking for a part-time copywriter who can write with warmth and clarity, someone who can sell a product without making the customer feel like they're being sold to.
What You'll Do
- Write email campaigns, lifecycle flows, and SMS
- Draft landing pages, product descriptions, and ad copy
- Develop social captions, scripts for short-form video, and PR-ready language when needed
- Edit and polish work from other team members and external contributors
- Help evolve our brand voice and tone guidelines
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally for an e-commerce or consumer brand
- A portfolio with email, web, and ad work you can walk us through
- A sharp ear for tone and a strong sense of when to be plainspoken vs. playful
- Comfort working independently with light direction
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and basic performance metrics is a plus
